Aviva Interactive Showcase

In 2009 I was commissioned by eko create to develop the touch screen Interactive Showcase, for their client, Aviva. The Showcase is installed at a number of Aviva locations around the United Kingdom, and is used as an internal communications and promotional tool within the company. The interactive brings together a selection of recent TV adverts, video interviews with employees and customers, and staff training videos. It also contains videos and Powerpoint presentations which highlight Aviva’s support and commitment to UK athletics, and the Railway Children charity.

Xeloda: Symposium Highlights

Created for Roche, Xeloda: Symposium Highlights are a pair of interactive, hybrid CD-ROMs, which both run on PC and Apple Mac. The interactives focus on two Xeloda symposiums, for the treatment of breast and colorectal cancer. The main feature of each interactive are the symposium highlights (videos of each speaker,  synchronised with their Powerpoint presentation). The CD-ROMs also include interactive debating sessions, downloadable slide banks and PDF posters, and Xeloda branded games and screensavers.

Toc H – An Invitation to Participate

Created as both an interactive CD-ROM and a touch screen kiosk, I developed Toc H – An Invitation to Participate for Toc H, an international charity that emerged from World War I. This multi-language interactive interprets the story of Toc H in three parts, and as a CD-ROM, is designed to encourage new members and volunteers to join the charity.

Toc H during World War I is delivered as a combination of narrated virtual tour and treasure hunt. While exploring Talbot House, users can search for the four core values of Toc H, each represented as part of the Toc H logo. When a piece of the logo is discovered, the corresponding core value is explained. The development of Toc H is presented as an uncluttered timeline, with in-depth information and interactive elements layered beneath the events on the timeline. The timeline spans Toc H’s existence, influence, and work around the World, from the end of World War I, right up to the current day. Toc H Here & Now deals with Toc H in the present and the future, and shows different ways in which the public can get involved with helping and supporting the charity.

Amgen® Desktop Pilot

I developed the Amgen® Desktop Pilot personal organiser for Amgen. Running in five languages, it contains a calendar, an address book, an atlas, a notepad and a calculator. Created as a promotional tool for Amgen, it is given away free to people who attend and complete surveys at Amgen’s exhibition stand, at a number of international pharmaceutical trade shows.

MindWave Interactive Showcase

During my time at MindWave Media (now Continuum Group), I designed and developed their interactive Showcase CD-ROM. The hybrid PC and Apple Mac CD-ROM, highlights the skills and expertise of the creative team at MindWave Media. It combines an image gallery, an audio visual presentation of the team’s core skills and experience, and a project portfolio.
